The scheduling and planning methods are going well. The teams have developed systems that are working for each shop, and most have effective feedback loops for capturing deviations and their root cause. We are also deploying waste capture/quantification and improvement, and are making it part of everyone’s objectives. We are using the skills matrix as you taught us, and have developed very accurate tracking of lead times in total and by process so that we can attack lead time as one of our KPI’s to improve. Basically, the things you’ve already taught us are working well.
