John focuses on implementing integrated operations, business processes, cost accounting, and technology-based solutions that deliver sustained performance improvement.  He has served for 18 years in a number of executive finance and IT roles within companies serving the aerospace and semiconductor industries.

In a variety of hands-on executive roles, he was responsible for multiple successful software (ERP) implementations, development of mission-critical business applications, and post-acquisition integration of IT and global business processes, yielding significant cost savings and operational efficiencies. During the early portion of his career, John managed finance and information systems and held system analyst and accounting roles at mid-sized and large companies.

John is a Certified Management Account (CMA) and is proficient in several database management systems, development environments, and accounting/ERP systems.  He has an MBA, Master of Accountancy, and BS from Brigham Young University and speaks Korean fluently.
