Nathan has focused his consulting practice on operations improvement, utilizing finance and IT tools to develop business processes that accelerate sustained business improvement and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system development and integration. His experience equips him to develop software systems to streamline back-office accounting and IT processes.
Over the course of 20 years, Nathan rose through the ranks of the semiconductor, medical, solar energy, and aerospace portfolio companies of a major private equity company to hold executive level P&L, finance, IT, and operations leadership positions.
In these roles, Nathan gained experience driving $200 million of organic and inorganic sales growth, improving P&L and operational performance, mergers and acquisitions, ERP systems integration, lean manufacturing and supply chain management.
Nathan has a BS degree in finance, with a minor in computer science from Oregon State University and has completed coursework at the Lean Manufacturing Institute. He also speaks Korean fluently.
